The client experience
They open a link. They see your brand, line items, totals, and payment instructions. They can print from the browser if their process still wants a file.
You control the status on your side—mark sent when you share, mark paid when the money lands. Paid and archived invoices lock so history stays honest.
Multi-currency and tax
Each invoice uses one currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, or AUD). There is no FX conversion—you pick the currency at create time.
Optional sales tax is a rate you set. When client state matches your business home state, the app can suggest a base state rate. Local and economic-nexus rules are your responsibility.
Try before you sign up
The home page demo builds a sample invoice in the browser. Optional demo share links expire in about thirty minutes and never create a real account invoice.
Answers
Frequently asked questions
- Can clients still print or save a copy of the invoice?
- Yes. The public invoice page includes a clean print layout so clients can print to paper or save as PDF directly from their browser if required.
- Why is a web link better than a PDF attachment?
- Web links avoid spam filters, display cleanly on mobile screens, and update in real-time if you modify payment instructions or mark the bill as paid.
