Recurring invoices on a schedule

When the same client gets the same bill every month, a recurring template beats retyping. InvoiceLoop stores the schedule and line items, then spawns invoices on the cadence you set.

Free vs Premium

Free includes one active recurring schedule—enough for a single retainer. Premium removes the cap so you can run as many active templates as you need.

Premium can also auto-send generated invoices when you enable that on the schedule. Manual send stays available either way.

How schedules run

A shared cron job generates due invoices from active templates. Failed or overlapping runs are guarded so you do not double-invoice the same period.

Each spawned invoice is a normal invoice on your ledger: share it, email it, mark it paid, or archive it.

Related Premium tools

Quotes convert to invoices without retyping. Time entries bill into invoices. Automatic overdue reminders are Premium-only; manual reminders are free for everyone.
