Shareable invoice links clients open in a browser

InvoiceLoop gives every invoice a public URL. Your client opens a plain web page—no InvoiceLoop account, no attachment to download. You keep the status on your ledger: draft, sent, paid, archived.

Why a link instead of a PDF

PDFs get lost in inboxes, need a reader, and go stale when you re-send. A share link is the live invoice: line items, tax, currency, your business profile, and how to pay.

If a URL leaks, rotate the token from the invoice page. The old link stops working; the new one is what you send next.

How it works

Create a draft, add the client and line items, then share. The public page is at /i/… with a long random token—not guessable, and never listed in the sitemap.

Email the invoice as HTML with a plain-text twin straight from InvoiceLoop, or copy the link into whatever channel you already use.

What stays free

Unlimited clients and invoices, public share links, and email send are free. No card on file to start.

Premium is optional for unlimited recurring schedules, open quotes, time tracking extras, and automatic overdue reminders.

Answers

Frequently asked questions

Do clients need an account to view or pay an invoice?
No. Clients open the invoice directly in any web browser using a secure public link. They never have to create an account, log in, or install any software.
How do I revoke or change a public link if I need to?
You can rotate the link's secure token with one click from the invoice page. The previous link immediately stops working, and a new unique URL is generated.
